1. Order Processing Time

Processing: All orders are carefully packaged and processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Confirmation: As soon as your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Free Standard Shipping: We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

Estimated Delivery: Once your order has been processed, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your package to arrive safely at your door.
3. Order Tracking

Track Your Journey: We want you to be informed every step of the way. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow its journey in real-time.
4. Shipping Addresses & Errors

Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. EverVital™ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Changes: If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at hello@theevervital.store. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Safety First: Every order is shipped with insurance for your peace of mind.

Damages: If your item arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us at hello@theevervital.store within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement for you.

Missing Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If it remains missing, contact our support team and we will help you file a claim.
6. International Shipping

Currently, EverVital™ only ships to addresses within the United States. We are working hard to expand our reach to international customers in the near future!
